At Sashaa Styles, every product is quality-checked, packed securely, and shipped with care.
As jewellery is a personal, delicate, and hygiene-sensitive category, we maintain a strict No Return Policy to ensure every customer receives a fresh, untouched, and uncompromised pieces

🚫 No Returns

We do not accept returns for reasons including but not limited to:

Change of mind or personal preference

Size, colour or design expectations

Accidental / duplicate orders

Delayed courier delivery

Gifts or surprise orders

We request that you review all details (size, material, finish, care, and images) before placing your order.

Replacement (Only if Damaged or Wrong Item Delivered)

A replacement will be offered only if:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and

The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

Mandatory:
A full unboxing video is required from the moment of opening the courier package until product reveal, without cuts, edits, filters, or retakes.

If the product is unavailable for replacement, a store credit valid for 60 days will be issued.

📝 Loss of packaging, invoice, seal, or tag

No unboxing video or edited video

Used, worn, tried, altered, broken, washed or handled products

Claims raised after 48 hours

Earrings, customised designs, sale or promotional products.
