At Sashaa Styles, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 2 days of delivery.

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags and seals intact.

  • The item is not a customized or personalized product.

  • The item is not part of a final sale or clearance promotion (unless damaged/defective).

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or engraved jewellery

  • Gift cards

  • Items purchased during flash sales or clearance sales

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless damaged or defective)

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at support@sashaastyles.com with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos of the item (in case of damage/defect)

Once approved, we will provide instructions for return shipping.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery back to us.

  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original method of payment.

  • If the product is not eligible for a refund (e.g., used, damaged by customer), we will notify you.

Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Please contact us at support@sashaastyles.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide your order number and attach photos showing the issue.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
